The Opportunity We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to own and scale their own book of business with true, uncapped upside. In this role, most of your focus will be hunting for new logos across companies that depend on ad data and market intelligence. Once you land an account, you’ll stick with it, expanding into new teams, budgets, and use cases as your client grows. To hit the ground running, you should have a solid track record selling SaaS, data, or market intelligence. Beyond the CV, we want someone who is naturally curious, commercially quick, and motivated by selling a product that actually delivers value. If you love the thrill of the deal and want an environment where you genuinely eat what you kill, you’ll thrive here. Requirements Who You Are (Role Requirements) We are looking for self-starters who are energized by closing deals, motivated by working for a great product, and eager to drive their own earnings. To succeed in this role, you bring: • Proven Sales Track Record: 2-5+ years as a quota-carrying individual contributor with a documented history of hitting and exceeding your numbers. • Relevant Domain Experience: Solid background selling SaaS, data, or market intelligence solutions. Experience selling into publishing, adtech, brands, or agencies is a plus, but not required. • Executive Presence: Comfortable engaging, pitching, and holding the attention of VPs, marketing/revenue leaders, and C-suite decision-makers. • Pipeline Ownership: Highly persistent self-starter who would rather build pipeline than wait for it, taking deals from cold prospect through to closed-won. • Commercial Sharpness: Naturally curious, quick to learn what drives a buyer’s business model, and able to tailor compelling value propositions. • Integrity & Team Spirit: Forecasts honestly (knowing real pipeline beats an inflated one) and wins alongside the team rather than at its expense. What You'll Do • Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, run discovery, map solutions, negotiate, and close. Every deal is yours from start to finish. • Hunt for new logos: Build your own pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, your network, and industry insights. • Engage key decision-makers: Connect directly with marketing, strategy, and revenue leaders up to the C-suite. • Tell a great story: Show prospects clearly why MediaRadar outperforms competitor options. • Hit and beat your number: Exceed your annual revenue targets and enjoy the uncapped rewards that follow. • Make the team better: Share winning strategies, collaborate with peers, and help elevate team performance. Why You’ll Love Working Here We take our culture seriously. When someone closes a deal, the whole team knows about it—wins are loudly celebrated, heavily rewarded, and shared by everyone. We back our people with no artificial glass ceilings. We actively invest in your coaching, development, and long-term career goals. At the end of the day, we’re a team of genuinely good human beings who show up for each other and back each other to win. Career Pathways & Growth We invest heavily in your long-term career. Whether you join as a Sales Executive or Sales Director, we provide a structured progression path that scales with your performance—giving you a direct route to advance into Senior Sales Director, Enterprise, and Principal-level roles where you shape go-to-market strategy and handle global enterprise accounts. Benefits In addition to career progression, training and development, and an excellent work/life balance, future Radarians can expect a great benefits package that includes: • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401k with Company Match • Flexible PTO • Commuter Benefits • Paid Parental Leave • Summer Fridays At MediaRadar, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace where everyone can thrive.
