Your responsibilities: • Plan & implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality applicants • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements • Conduct phone, skype or in-person interviews • Provide a list of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding/orientation sessions • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods Skill sets/Experience we require: • Good interpersonal & communication skills • Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems • Familiarity with social media • Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools • Good knowledge of HR policies and best practices • Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines Pedigree: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology or relevant field (OR) • Proven work experience with relevant certifications
