Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Massachusetts Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services in a remote setting. In this role, you will work with clients who may be dealing with stress, mood concerns, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or major life changes. Your daily work will include listening closely, identifying client needs, helping clients develop realistic strategies, and documenting progress clearly. This is a full-time telehealth role with a consistent weekday schedule.
