Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPC) Location: West Virginia Position Type: Full-Time | Fully Remote Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a licensed LPC, LMFT, or LICSW to provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients throughout West Virginia through a fully remote telehealth model. The therapist will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, providing individual therapy, developing and updating treatment plans, and monitoring client progress throughout care. This position offers a structured weekday schedule while allowing clinicians to practice independently within an established virtual care environment.
