Licensed Professional Counselor Location: Virginia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling services to clients throughout Virginia via telehealth. The counselor will be responsible for assessing client needs, establishing treatment goals, providing appropriate therapeutic services, and monitoring progress throughout care. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and a remote work environment while maintaining a high standard of professional and clinical practice. Responsibilities • Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments • Provide scheduled individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans • Apply appropriate therapeutic interventions based on client needs and clinical presentation • Monitor client progress and revise treatment goals when clinically indicated • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation • Maintain client confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries Requirements • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Virginia • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field • Experience providing mental health counseling services • Strong communication and documentation skills • Comfortable working with telehealth technology • Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote setting Benefits • 2 weeks PTO • Health Insurance • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Submit your application to take the next step.
