Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Policy #4211) 2. Appropriate Illinois State certification 3. Maintain documentation and complete recertification on time 4. Complete diocesan requirements for religious instruction within three years of employment; maintain 18 hours of religious certification formation every three years 5. Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and positive communication with colleagues and administration 6. Maintain discretion with confidential or official information 7.
