We need great people to represent the brand where it matters most…in front of our customers, and our Sales Associates are the ones who are there. What does a Squishable Retail Sales Associate do? Our Retail Sales Associates become Squishable ambassadors: they learn our unique products inside out and develop the communication skills to turn that knowledge into the highest level of customer service. As a member of the team, this person will: • Set and maintain exceptional brand and operational standards within the store • Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously • Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable environment in the store • Process inbound shipments • Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines • Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications • Reasonably open availability, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends • Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment • Familiarity with Square or a similar POS system • The ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs. • Must be 18 or older Compensation Pay rate is $15.00 per hour Benefits & Perks: • A fun, welcoming workplace where creativity and personality are encouraged • Career growth opportunities (many of our team members become Store Managers!) • Employee discounts (yes, even on the giant plushies) • Affordable vision and dental insurance • 401(k) with employer match Squishable.com, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
