RESPONSIBILITIES • Schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians based on location, skill set, urgency, and availability. • Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as priorities change. • Communicate appointment details, updates, and changes to technicians and customers. • Maintain close communication with field personnel to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals. • Respond quickly to emergency service requests and prioritize accordingly. • Confirm customer appointments and proactively notify customers of delays or schedule changes. • Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately. • Utilize ServiceTitan (or similar dispatch software) to manage schedules, job statuses, and technician assignments. • Monitor technician capacity and work to minimize downtime while maximizing productivity. • Coordinate with department managers regarding scheduling priorities and workload. • Review incomplete jobs and reschedule follow-up work as needed. • Ensure all jobs contain accurate customer information, notes, and required documentation. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service in every interaction. • Support company goals by helping improve response times, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Requirements • Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience. • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other home service industries is highly preferred. • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, managers, and office staff.
