Roles and Responsibilities: • Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards. • All orders are processed within 24 hours • Verify orders for accuracy before shipment. • Create and manage shipping labels and documentation. • Coordinate with various carriers to schedule pickups and manage shipping logistics. • Maintain an organized and clean shipping area to ensure efficiency. • Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries regarding shipments. • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels. • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements Qualifications: • 21 years or older. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proficient in handling shipping software and tools. • 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
