Located in Charlotte, NC this position will be key in ensuring that our guest experience is superior as part of our warehouse department. Roles and Responsibilities • Visual Merchandising & Stocking • Ensure appropriate ammo levels for the range and retail floor • Organization • Maintain an orderly and clean workspace • Complete all warehouse tasks and checklists • Maintain proper grouping and labeling of backstock • Participate in all cycle counts Requirements Qualifications: • 21 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Naturally friendly and positive attitude • Able to carry out directives efficiently • Works with a sense of urgency • Desire to learn new skills • 2+ years of warehouse experience • Strong organization skills • Detail oriented • Ability to quickly learn new software Preferences: • Retail experience • Firearm knowledge Physical Requirements: • Able to lift 70 lbs., freely access all areas of the store, and stand for long periods of time.
