Sunset Grille is a relaxed lakeside restaurant at Victoria Harbor on Lake Allatoona in Woodstock, GA. With great food, cold drinks, and beautiful waterfront views, it’s a welcoming spot for locals and visitors to enjoy fresh favorites, warm hospitality, and memorable sunsets. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greeting guests warmly and create a positive first impression. • Manage reservations and the waitlist during high-volume periods. • Coordinate seating and maintain smooth table turnover. • Introduce guests to their server for a seamless transition. • Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly. • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for the next guest. • Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return. • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. • Adhere to company policies and hospitality standards. REQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. • Basic knowledge of reservation systems (OpenTable experience is a plus). • Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tasks. • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Professional appearance and demeanor.
