Role and Responsibilities: • Commercial maintenance in office buildings. • Preventative maintenance. • Grounds maintenance. • Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting. • Customer service. • Rotating On-Call. • May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Requirements • Prior maintenance experience is preferred. • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. • High School Diploma/GED. • Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
