Description HOST/HOSTESS | TAILWATER LODGE Set on the scenic banks of the Salmon River, Tailwater Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton™, offers the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and tranquil relaxation. Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently hiring a PT Host/Hostess. Our Host/Hostess' are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent service skills and a great smile! Responsibilities: • Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival. • When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party. • Call out name and number of party when tables become available. • Provide guests with estimated waiting time. • Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible. • Seat guest guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations. • Assists bussers and servers in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
