The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment used in restaurant and banquet operations. This role supports the culinary team by ensuring clean, organized, and properly stocked work areas while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation standards. The Dishwasher assists with kitchen cleanliness, waste removal, and the proper storage of cleaned items to help ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. The role requires the ability to stand for 8 hours, perform repetitive tasks, work safely around cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization are essential. Previous dishwashing or food service experience is helpful but not required.
