Service Writer / Service Advisors are responsible for • Greeting customers and asking them to explain the car issues, communicating with technicians, writing up customer’s information • Plus whatever it takes to be a team member at Countryside. As a Countryside Team Member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service skills that, include the above items, as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management. Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business. Note: This company participates in the E-verify program.
