Requirements Job Requirements: • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred) • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services • Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand • Comfort using scheduling and service software (we’ll train you on the specifics) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus)
