Description Balance Point Wellness, LLC is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC) and is a community-based mental health and wellness practice dedicated to providing high-quality therapy and psychiatry services to individuals and families throughout Maryland. We proudly serve clients through in-person, hybrid, and telehealth services. In-person and hybrid opportunities are available in Salisbury, Maryland. We provide telehealth services throughout Maryland. Therapist Responsibilities • Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing individual mental health therapy. • Provide clinically appropriate therapy services to children and adolescents. • Complete psychosocial assessments. • Develop and update person-centered treatment plans as clinically appropriate. • Complete timely contact notes and clinical documentation for all sessions. • Document all services through our cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR). • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other members of the treatment team as appropriate. • Provide services in accordance with professional standards Why Join Balance Point Wellness? Requirements Qualifications, Education, and Experience • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field. • Current active Maryland licensure that authorizes the provision of mental health treatment. • Previous psychotherapy experience in a community-based setting is preferred. • Successful completion of a background check and any other required pre-employment screenings is required. • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, interpersonal, clinical assessment, and documentation skills. • Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
