You’ll work closely with teams across manufacturing, R&D, IT, supply chain, marketing, vendors, and senior leadership to keep projects moving forward, risks managed, and stakeholders informed. • Lead end-to-end IT projects, including system integrations, software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and manufacturing technology improvements. • Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans that keep work organized and accountable. • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, internal teams, and leadership. • Identify project risks early and develop practical mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns. • Keep project documentation, deliverables, timelines, and post-project reviews organized and up to date. • Support change management efforts to help employees and teams successfully adopt new technologies, systems, and processes. • Look for ways to improve project management processes, increase efficiency, and support faster delivery of key initiatives. • Ensure projects follow company policies, data protection expectations, and applicable industry or regulatory standards. Requirements What Makes You a Strong Fit • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment. • Experience with system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, software development, or similar IT initiatives. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage vendor relationships. • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while keeping priorities, deadlines, and business goals in focus. Bonus Qualifications • PMP certification. • Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or technologies used in a fitness equipment or product-based environment. • Experience in the fitness equipment industry or a similar sector. Work Environment • This role works onsite 5 days a week. • Occasional domestic travel may be required, less than 10%. Why Johnson Health Tech? At Johnson Health Tech, our mission is to delight and excite our customers through innovative products, unsurpassed quality, and a best-in-class customer experience. Our technology teams play a key role in making that possible—supporting the systems, tools, and improvements that help our teams work smarter and deliver more impact.
