Description We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage electrical systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in structured cabling, and communication systems who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work. Requirements Job Responsibilities • Install, terminate, and test low voltage wiring including data/telecom, fire alarm, and audio/visual systems • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams • Run conduit and cable pathways in commercial, industrial, or residential settings • Troubleshoot and repair existing low voltage systems • Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and safety regulations • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on site • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures Job Skills & Qualifications • Previous electrical experience in electrical engineering or related fields. • Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. • Ability to read and use measurement tools accurately. • Familiarity with electrical codes. • Experience using hand and power tools. • Ability to lift up to 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
