Flexibility with scheduling is preferred. Minimum Requirements • ARRT(R) certification required • Current Florida Radiologic Technologist license • Current BLS certification • High School Diploma or GED • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred • Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills Essential Job Functions • Obtain and review relevant patient medical history prior to exams • Review and correctly interpret physicians’ imaging orders • Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and encourage cooperation • Properly position patients to obtain optimal diagnostic images • Set appropriate technical parameters and safely operate X-ray equipment • Evaluate images for technical quality and determine when additional images may be necessary • Assist radiologists with procedures such as arthrograms • Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-focused imaging environment • Support other modalities and departments as needed Additional Responsibilities • Restock supplies and maintain organized exam areas • Routinely clean and sanitize exam rooms and patient areas Physical & Working Requirements • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the workday • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds from ground to waist level • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment What We’re Looking For • Dependable and flexible • Compassionate and patient-focused • Positive and professional • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Team-oriented with a willingness to help where needed About Precision Imaging Centers Precision Imaging Centers is a leading outpatient imaging provider serving Northeast and Central Florida.
