TRAVEL CONTRACT AT A GLANCE Gross Weekly Pay: $2,046 Taxable Rate: $20.00/hour Weekly Travel Stipend: $1,246 Overtime Rate: $50.00/hour Hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: 5x8 Days Shift: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM Location: South Mountain, PA Setting: Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Direct Care Openings: 2 The $1,246 weekly travel stipend is tax-free for eligible travelers who meet applicable tax-home and IRS requirements. THE ASSIGNMENT Provide psychiatric direct nursing care in a residential healthcare environment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania, with a focus on patient safety and well-being. Responsibilities include monitoring and supporting patient safety, completing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, communicating changes in patient condition, and working effectively within the behavioral health care team. This day-shift assignment requires consistent availability for the 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM shift and experience in psychiatric or mental health care. READY TO MOVE FORWARD? Requirements • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license REQUIRED • Experience in psychiatric or mental health care settings REQUIRED • Ability to monitor and support patient safety REQUIRED • Strong communication and assessment skills REQUIRED • Knowledge of Crisis Prevention and Intervention REQUIRED • Ability to work the 6:45 AM–3:15 PM day shift consistently REQUIRED Preferred • Active Pennsylvania RN license • At least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience • Previous experience working with behavioral or psychiatric patients in a residential or inpatient setting • BLS/CPR certification • Familiarity with documentation and charting tools • Certification in Crisis Prevention and Intervention
