This role offers the opportunity to deliver high quality rehabilitation care while working within an integrated care model serving Northern Maine communities. POSITION OVERVIEW The Physical Therapist is responsible for restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing disability through evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary providers and contributes to rehabilitation, prevention, and long term patient wellness.
