About the Role We’re looking for a Nearshore Sales Manager to connect clients with our delivery centers in Mexico. This role covers both BPO services and technology development solutions — from customer support and back-office services to software development, IT services, and digital transformation. What You’ll Do • Sell BPO services and technology development solutions delivered from Mexico. • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations. • Work closely with delivery and technology teams in Mexico to align solutions and pricing with client needs. • Highlight Mexico as a nearshore hub for outsourcing and software/IT development. • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums. • Maintain pipeline activity and provide accurate sales forecasts. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside sales). • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or technology sales is a huge plus. • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required). • Comfortable managing a sales cycle from prospect to close. • Willingness to travel quarterly to Mexico centers.
