You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and you’ll never just be “watching the clock.” What You’ll Be Doing? • Supporting clients through programming and activities. • Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs. • Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff. • Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation. • Assisting during crises (with training and supervision). • Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed. • Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism. You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own. Requirements What you need? • High school diploma or GED. • Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight. • Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record. • Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid. • If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
