Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in education is a plus - Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude - Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents - Basic knowledge of educational techniques and classroom management - Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality -Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. -Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in working with children. -Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively participate in classroom and playground activities. -Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) may be required. -Successful completion of required background checks.
