As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the friendly helpful face of ScrubaDub, interacting with customers in-person, over the phone and via email. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our many unlimited members and other customers.
