Key Responsibilities: • Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries • Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation • Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems accordingly • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping processes • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues Requirements Skills and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse certifications are a plus • Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Join our dynamic team and contribute to a company that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
