If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success. Key Responsibilities • Expert Dozer Operation: Safely maneuver and operate dozers across challenging terrain and varying weather conditions. • Material Handling: Push and distribute rock efficiently to designated areas for crushing and processing. • Site Preparation: Level ground, remove obstructions, and maintain work areas to support overall production. • Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations. • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and report malfunctions or necessary repairs. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operators and crew members to optimize workflow. • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to multiple quarry sites within Arizona.
