Requirements • High school diploma or GED. • Valid Class A CDL. • DOT medical card or ability to obtain one. • Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and accident history. • Hands-on experience with load tie-down and securement, including ratchet straps, chains, and binders. • Forklift experience and/or ability to become forklift certified. • Knowledge and ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and moving equipment. • Ability to navigate basic computer programs for training, payroll, and other operational functions. • Good work history and demonstrated dependability. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to problem solve and focus on solutions. • Safety-conscious and self-motivated. • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of the team. Preferred Qualifications • Two (2) years of Driver/Rigger/Machinery Mover experience. • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards. • Familiarity with the logistics or machinery-moving industry. • Experience working with rigging equipment, including chains, binders, ratchet straps, forklifts, overhead lifts, jacks, rollers, and hoists. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment. • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and twist. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Ability to work at heights. • Ability to work in noisy environments. • Ability to perform an active, hands-on role requiring frequent physical movement.
