D&D Plumbing, Heating & AC in Midland is looking for a Plumbing Lead Installer who's ready to step up and run their own installs. Water heaters, repipes, gas lines, tankless — you'll own the job from the first walkthrough to the final handshake with the customer, with a helper working under you and a company that has your back with the tools, truck, and steady work to match. This isn't a "we'll see how it goes" job. We're backed by a growing multi-state home services group, we've got more work than crews, and we're hiring someone we can build around.
