If you are selected to participate in the program, you will have lots of support to help you succeed. In return, we ask for a commitment of 14, 12-hour shifts. You will be rotating between the healthcare center, assisted living and memory care. Additionally, Plymouth Place will pay you to work as a RA while you are attending CNA Academy. Guess what? Requirements · High School Diploma or GED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Experience in a residential care facility required. • Understanding of Point Click Care or similar systems. • Demonstrated compassionate holistic care with dignity and respect. • Ability to be patient and calm, especially in difficult situations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, families, and employees.
