Requirements • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) • 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages • 2 to 3 years management/supervision experience • Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills • Completely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategies • Meets all expectations of SR PM position based on checklist attached
