Work Environment: • Collaboration with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff. • Interaction with a diverse patient base, requiring empathy and clear communication. Schedule: Full-time, evening and weekend hours. Compliance: Adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations regarding patient safety, data privacy, and professional standards. Requirements Qualifications: • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. • State Licensure: Must be licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Pennsylvania. • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. • Continuing education in accordance with state regulations.
