Key Responsibilities • Deliver personalized service while opening and closing rental agreements • Clearly answer customer questions regarding charges, vehicle condition, directions, and concerns • Proactively recommend and sell optional products including coverage, GPS, fuel options, and upgrades • Prepare vehicles by washing, vacuuming, refueling, and detailing • Occasionally shuttle vehicles to and from nearby locations • Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, photocopy, and maintain a clean, organized workspace • Support the team by assisting other agents or locations as needed Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
