Responsibilities: • Call drivers and transportation companies to confirm availability. • Negotiate with shippers and carriers for the best possible rates. • Manage daily shipments by ensuring they are accurately documented in the system and communicating to ensure they are picked up and delivered on time. • Be honest and proactive in your communication with customers and carriers to identify and resolve issues. • Providing top-tier customer service. • Develop new carrier relationships and grow existing ones. Skills: • Confident decision-making skills. • Ability to multitask by managing your calls, emails, and messages while still achieving your daily goals. • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and sales drive. • Basic computer skills. • We prefer prior sales experience. • Be comfortable working on a fast-paced sales floor.
