POSITION DESCRIPTION: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of our company and have a significant impact on our customers' experiences. Your expertise in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems will ensure that residential and commercial clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficiency. You will work independently and with a team, handling various service requests while upholding our commitment to excellence. COMPENSATION: • Hourly wage is set between $34.00 and $46.00 per hour, dependent on experience. • On-Call Pay Incentives • Selling Technician Incentives ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform diagnostic tests on HVAC equipment to identify operational issues. • Conduct repairs, routine maintenance, and installations on heating and cooling systems. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their HVAC systems and service progress. • Maintain accurate records of service and repairs completed. • Comply with safety protocols and local codes while executing service work. • Keep abreast of current industry technical developments and advancements. • Responsible for exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.
