Description As a fine-dining Manager at The Bancroft, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer service. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staffing • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology • Craft cocktail, wine and beer knowledge a plus • Ability for stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs *Employee must meet eligibility requirements to enroll.
