Key Responsibilities: • Assistance in Production: • Support machine operators and production staff in daily tasks. • Assist with the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment. • Help with assembling, packaging, and labeling products as needed. • Material Handling: • Load and unload materials and products from machines and workstations. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials are stored properly. • Quality Control: • Conduct basic inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly. • Safety and Compliance: • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. • Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies. • Team Collaboration: • Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. • Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
