What You Bring • Active RN license (New Mexico or compact) • Home health experience (required) • Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and regulations • Leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Supervisor, Lead RN, or similar) • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance standards • A passion for mentorship, accountability, and quality improvement ?
