Description J.Con Salon & Spa is currently seeking a Guest Care Advisor who is passionate about providing world-class service. The Guest Care Advisor is a champion of J.Con’s mission, vision, and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently through the following (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned): Responsibilities: • Must be able to effectively communicate to guests in an attentive, friendly, and courteous manner while providing “world-class” service. • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date point-of-sale (“POS”) program at all times. This includes all facets of the appointment book and the register. • Handles cash and credit card transactions • Meet Retail Weekly/Monthly Sales Goals • Responsible for accurate check in/check out salon guests. • Utilize proper phone etiquette when answering phones. • Provide excellent customer service by educating guests on products while ensuring an excellent experience from beginning to end. • Promote and represent J.Con in a professional and enthusiastic manner Benefits: • Health, Dental, Accident, Life, Vision • Paid Time Off • Employee Discounted Services and much more!
