There is a strong focus on maintaining clean and sanitary workstations and strict compliance with state and local health codes. DISH TECH/PREP COOK- starting at $12/hr. This is a great introductory culinary position! Start with washing dishes and learning proper safety procedures in compliance with state and local health codes. Time will also be spent learning different aspects of the line cook role to prepare you for work in different areas of the kitchen.
