FOCUS AREAS Each skill is designed to provide real-world experience and deepen your understanding of how Safety drives success at a top-tier national contractor. • Job Site Safety: Visit active job sites to learn the risks and safety precautions taken to ensure teams go home safely every day. • Safety Documentation: Learn how record keeping ensures compliance, tracks trends, and supports continuous job site safety. • Risk Analysis: Help identify potential hazards and implement proactive solutions. • Management and Mitigation: Ensure proper handling of incidents, facilitate timely reporting, and support employees in reducing risks all while maintaining compliance. Requirements • Valid Driver's License • Reliable transportation to the Kent Companies office and to area job sites/work location(s). • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Undergraduate student pursuing Construction Safety, OSH, EHS, CM, or similar majors. • Authorized to work in the United Sates without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
