Key Responsibilities: - Assist Lead Caterers with food preparation and presentation for indoor and outdoor events. - Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in the kitchen and event areas. - Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, depending on event requirements. - Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times. - Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. - Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others. - Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but not required. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
