Responsibilities include: • Greet every guest with a smile and a positive attitude • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system • Process cash, credit, and mobile payments quickly and efficiently • Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed • Keep the front counter, beverage stations, and dining area clean and organized • Package to-go orders and ensure order accuracy • Communicate clearly with kitchen and team to keep service running smoothly • Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining a clean workspace Requirements Job Requirements: • Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills • Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy shifts • Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems (training provided) • Must be able to stand for 6–8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs • Team player with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends • Dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment Think you’ve got the energy, attitude, and hustle to crush it at the front counter?
