Best Mexican Foods is seeking a driven, bilingual New Business Developer to help expand our presence throughout the Greater Philadelphia market. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new business and building relationships with independent Mexican restaurants and other foodservice operators. What you will do: • Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. This includes Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County, Berks County and Lehigh Valley • Build relationships with restaurant owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makers • Conduct daily in-person sales calls and territory visits • Identify customer needs and present solutions that help grow their business • Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline • Achieve monthly new account acquisition goals • Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful onboarding of new customers • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within company systems • Represent Best Mexican Foods professionally within the local foodservice community Typical Work Week: • Monday through Friday • Limited travel within the territory • Occasional Sunday remote planning and administrative work Compensation: • Base salary plus commission, with a total potential earnings range of $115,000 to $175,000 (or more) annually, depending on new business sales performance.
