Description When our guests have worked up an appetite, our food and beverage staff members are ready to serve! As a member of the Concessions team, you will need to be outgoing, able to multi task, and work well with a team. Our concessions is divided into two teams, our Front-of-House team who take and fill orders, and our Back-of-House team prepare and make cooked items. Front-of-House (FOH) TeamBack-of-House (BOH) Team • Prep menu items that will be cooked during the day • Cook items such as chicken strips, burgers, and pizza by using fryers, grills, and ovens • Stock and clean kitchen service areas • Minimum Age: 16 Responsibilities and Duties of all Concessions Team Members • Follow food safety guidelines and practice good personal hygiene • Maintain a well stocked and clean work area • Concession staff may also work in our picnic grounds serving drinks and cleaning tables • All Fun-Plex employees are expected to work outside their home department from time to time to ensure the success of the entire park.
