If you’re a skilled technician with dealership experience, leadership ability, and a passion for problem-solving—we want you on our team. Requirements Qualifications • Ford Certified Master Technician • Minimum 5+ years of dealership technician experience required • Strong diagnostic, leadership, and communication skills • 5 ASE certifications preferred • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to pass a drug screening • High school diploma or GED preferred • Basic computer skills required • Fluency in English
