Why are we building Nuclei? Nuclei is a product company working with 25+ leading BFSI and telecom enterprises. Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. What will you do? • Exploring new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities for our product platform across BFSI and Telecom industries • Build and execute GTM strategies - owning outreach, pitch, pricing, and feedback loops • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to shape our roadmap based on market insights • Run founder-level special projects that don’t fit neatly in a box but move the company forward • Owning key initiatives end to end (0 - 1) • Acting as a generalist wearing multiple hats who can lead across verticals when required Who should apply? • Aptitude for business building • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience • Strong analytical skills • Experience matters, but we value the attitude which comes along more • Loves to connect and actively engage with key influencers and decision-makers • Performs best in environments that emphasize independence and accountability. We don't believe in micromanagement • This role will be based in Europe • While English is our primary working language, for this role you also need to be a native speaker of one or more European languages. German, Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
