Description City Limits Subaru is looking for Main Line Service Technicians to join our team. The Technician performs anything from basic maintenance, light or heavy repairs, diagnosis to warranty repairs on customer vehicles. Primary goals are safe, efficient performance of all maintenance and repair tasks as defined in the dealership processes and policies. Duties and responsibilities • Conducts multipoint inspections and video inspections of customer vehicles to identify needed maintenance services and repairs. • Follows all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by the dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations. • Uses and maintains dealership-provided equipment in proper operating conditions. • Documents inspection findings and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately and communicates them to the service advisor/ASM or Shop Foreman. • Communicates proactively with other associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work throughout the shop. • Quality checks own work and the work of other Technicians as requested. • Stays up to date with all manufacturer and dealership required training. Requirements Qualifications • Must have 3+ years prior Technician experience above a Lube Tech level. • Competent knowledge of automotive technology and related tools and equipment • ASE Certifications • Certified to perform state inspections helpful • 4 years clear driving record- No previous DUI history or moving violations • Valid driver’s license • No criminal background history • High school diploma or GED Guaranteed 80 hours per 2-week pay period. $2500 SIGN ON BONUS - Apply for more information! Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically rotating Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening, Holiday and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel This position requires limited extended travel beyond delivery and test drive areas. Valid driver's license is required, and all applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
