To know more, visit the website: https://www.intugine.com Responsibilities : • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech roles. • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. • Identify and leverage the most effective sourcing platforms, job boards, and channels for Tech and Non-Tech hiring. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms. • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods. • Assess candidates' technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Act as the primary point of contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process. • Ensure candidate engagement throughout the pre-offer and post-offer stages. • Promote the company's employer brand as a great place to work. • Establish hiring processes for new roles, including job descriptions, interview processes, and salary benchmarking. • Partner closely with hiring managers to design and implement effective recruitment strategies. • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Track interview progress and maintain accurate recruitment records. • Provide a quarterly overview of hiring trends, talent availability, and market insights for both Tech and Non-Tech roles. Requirements : • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
